The location was fantastic and made it

easy to explore the city. The room was spacious and tidy, but the air conditioning could be a bit noisy at times. Overall, it was a solid experience with great service.

A delightful dining experience

The Friday night dinner exceeded our expectations with a wide selection of delicious dishes. The attentive staff ensured our family had a wonderful dining experience together.

However, the room lacked modern amenities, such as sufficient USB ports, making it inconvenient for charging devices.

It was a smart choice for a city trip in Jerusalem with good value. The customer service was exceptional. they quickly provided superglue for my sunglasses when I needed it. Make sure to enjoy the rooftop pool during your stay.

pleasant stay with great breakfast but self-service coffee

The breakfast offered a good selection, especially the typical Israeli offerings that were plentiful and satisfying. Staff were exceptionally polite, frequently going out of their way to help us. The room had a fantastic view of the city that made our mornings special!

The breakfast buffet stood out with a wide variety of options, including local fruits that I thoroughly enjoyed. However, the location, although within a convenient walking distance to key attractions, could be a bit quieter. Additionally, while the staff were friendly, responsiveness at peak times could improve, affecting service dynamics. I also found some common areas might benefit from a little more upkeep.

Great location near Machaneh Yehudah Market. Wi-Fi was spotty at times.

Perfect for Families

The location was excellent, just a stroll to shopping and old city. the roof top pool had unbelievable views and my kids couldn’t get enough of it. Plus, they served this amazing breakfast full of choices, even had stuff for the picky ones in the family—made mornings a breeze!

I enjoyed my stay here for five nights as a solo traveler. The breakfast spread was excellent and varied, with many options, including vegan dishes. Staff were very polite and helpful. The location is great, around a 20-minute walk to the Market. Overall, a lovely experience! 😊

dan panorama was fantastic! the location is perfect, right in the center, making it easy to explore. oded's hospitality made me feel at home, and ayman always had lactose-free cheese ready for me at breakfast. the spa was a great bonus, too!

100% recommend

Not having 24-hour room service is a bit surprising for a hotel of this caliber. The pool opens later than rising sun hours, cutting into optimal swim time, and the discovery that two double rooms are needed for a family of five is frustrating. hardly makes sense when family sizes are often larger here. The dining options are somewhat limited for lunch in the bar area, so be prepared for a bit of a trek if you're looking for variety.

The family room was spacious and had a private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. Air conditioning kept us cool. The breakfast was awesome with fresh breads, cheeses, salads, and plenty of options. The fitness center was great, and the outdoor swimming pool was a perfect way to relax. Close to Jaffa Gate at the Western Wall, convenient location.

I had a pleasant experience during my stay here, particularly appreciating the excellent location for sightseeing. The breakfast was quite good with a variety of options, catering to different dietary needs. However, I found the room a bit small and the room service limited, which could be improved for a better experience.
